Testing and Laboratory

We have a state of the art laboratory and access to additional equipment threw through our relationship with Northwest Missouri State University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). The CIE community lab has additional equipment for our use including which includes but is not limited to a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GC-MS), CHNS/O elemental analyzer, and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP/OES).  The CIE is ranked 21/300+ business incubators worldwide in 67 countries (2014).

  • We are currently working towards becoming ISO certified and will use generally recognized ASTM standard procedures, which ensures quality and consistency and will aid in our upstream marketing.
  • Capabilities to test both TDC and finished pellets, also incoming and outgoing product
  • The quality of our lab ensures we have a depth of knowledge about our product and process that is unrivaled
  • Upstream marketing, product tailored per buyer or we can sell to buyers with specific specification needs

Maryville Lab WTE

It’s only after our team performs rigorous tests that our pellets make it to our mainstream buyer where they are repurposed for tires, plastics and other mediums.
