Our Facility

Located in Maryville, Missouri, our 24,000 square foot facility houses all the equipment and systems necessary to recycle over two million scrap tires annually. This facility is large enough to recycle and reuse every scrap tire produced in the Kansas City metro area.

Tire pyrolysis in Maryville will produce over 14 million pounds of TDC each year, offsetting nearly 120 million gallons of water, 400,000 MJ of energy, and 267,000 carbon dioxide emissions annually which would otherwise be used or produced in the making of Virgin Carbon Black.

Tire Derived Carbon produced in Maryville will exhibit no detectable volatile organic compounds or semi-volatile organic compounds by EPA methods 8260 and 8270.
